Since 2005, Cotecna Niger has regularly donated educational supplies to local schools.

Each year, Cotecna supports the progress of the education sector in Niger by providing supplies to close to 2 500 children in schools in different rural areas.

Donations have included two computers, a printer, school books, stationery, sports materials and maps.

The schools concerned are located in Torodi, Gaya, Dan Issa, Matameye and Magaria where Cotecna has its border offices.

Donation ceremonies are organized in each location and attended by national and local Customs representatives, local government officials, Cotecna staff, teachers and pupils of the schools.
