The Compliance Committee was set up by the Cotecna Group Board to review the Business & Compliance programme on a quarterly basis and issue guidance in terms of policy. The Compliance Committee comprises the CEO, the Compliance Officer and members of senior management.

The purposes of the Compliance Committee are threefold: (i) to ensure that Cotecna’s internal policies and procedures are in compliance with the law, the Company’s code of conduct and other regulations; (ii) to oversee Cotecna’s implementation of the legal obligations it incurs through settlement agreements, etc.; and (iii) to perform any other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
